Dear Mélanie Cardin:
Based on the information the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has received, as of 07 September 2023, Vidéotron ltée (Vidéotron) has not met the requirements, as set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496, within the 12 months of the registration as Proposed FMVNO, to remain on the list.
Accordingly, Vidéotron has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed Full MVNO registration list on 12 September 2023. Should Vidéotron wish to continue to appear on this registration list, it must reapply and meet the requirements established in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496.
