On 3 April 2023, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc. proposing changes to its Special Services Tariff CRTC 3010 Items 711 - Arrangements and 713 - Use of Support Structures by Cable Television Undertakings and Telecommunications Carriers.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision by the end of the year.
