The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission acknowledges receipt of Teksavvy Solutions Inc. (Teksavvy) letter, dated 25 August 2023, where it reported that parties reached an agreement providing Teksavvy with access to 175 Churchill Park Road, Chatham, Ontario for the purpose of providing telecommunications services to the occupants of the Multiple Dwelling Unit. Teksavvy’s Letter is requesting the withdrawal of their application and closure of the public process.
Commission staff confirms that this application, file number 8622-T117-202304864, is now closed.
