Dear Mr. Gauvin:

On 8 May 2023, the Commission received an application from Télébec, a Limited Partnership, proposing amendments to its General Tariff to add a new section to the General Tariff, Chapter 2.30 – Fibre to the Home or Business (FTTH/B).

Commission staff are still analyzing the application. As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
