Dear Jordan Deng and Christopher J. Bakker,
In a letter dated 20 March 2023, Commission staff temporarily suspended the above-mentioned CIK’s Application for the express purpose of enabling the parties to conduct good faith negotiations towards concluding an access agreement.
On 21 July 2023, the Commission received a letter from CIK informing it that it has executed an access agreement with EPS 1653. CIK therefore informed the Commission that it was withdrawing the Application and requested that the corresponding proceeding be closed.
In light of the above, Commission staff confirms that the Application is now closed.
