Subject: Associated with NorthernTel Tariff Notice 419 – Rate Changes for Basket 4 Services – Centrex II Service
Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 7 July 2023, the Commission received an application from NorthernTel, proposing changes to its General Tariff CRTC 25510 - Section N240 - Items 7.02 and 7.03 - Centrex II Service to increase the maximum rates in the approved rate ranges.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
