Subject: Tariff Notices 536, 537, 538 and 539 – Procedural Requests

On 12 May 2023, the Commission received several requests from Télébec, Limited Partnership (Télébec), proposing to denormalize various services and packages and to introduce a new call display service.

Télébec also requested an exception to the standard deadlines set out in Telecom Information Bulletin CRTC 2010-455-1, Approval process for tariff applications and intercarrier agreements, 16 February 2016, so that customers could have until 14 July 2023, to submit their comments to the Commission, as the company would be sending notification letters to customers on 25 May 2023.

Commission staff consider that, given that customer notices would be sent out on 25 May 2023, the proposed deadlines are acceptable. Consequently, customers will have until 14 July 2023, to submit comments on Télébec's proposal. Télébec's reply is scheduled for 24 July 2023.

Sincerely,
