Subject: iTel Networks Inc. as a Proposed Full Mobile virtual network operators (MVNO)
Dear Juergen Mueller:
Based on the information the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has received, as of 20 May 2023, iTel Networks Inc. (iTel) has not met the requirements, as set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496, within the 12 months of the registration as Proposed FMVNO, to remain on the list.
Accordingly, iTel has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed Full MVNO registration list on 23 May 2023. Should iTel wish to continue to appear on this registration list, it must reapply and meet the requirements established in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496.
