Subject: Telecom Notice of Consultation 2023-56, Notice of hearing – Review of the wholesale high-speed access service framework – Tariff Filing and Cost Studies - Request for Extension
On 19 April, the Commission received a procedural request from Bell Canada requesting an extension for the filing of its cost studies for aggregated Wholesale High Speed Access (HSA) for Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) from 24 April 2023 to 10 May 2023.
Given the established filing deadline of 24 April 2023 for these studies, parties are requested to provide their views regarding Bell Canada’s procedural request by 9:00 AM on 21 April 2023.
