Further to your email to me dated 24 March, 2023 and in response to your letter to Chairperson Eatrides, dated 28 March, 2023 there seems to be some confusion regarding staff’s comments in respect of Globalive’s Part 1 application filed 23 February 2023.
It was not staff’s intent to suggest that Globalive’s Part 1 application would not be posted, but rather, staff’s suggestions were directed towards facilitating a more expeditious treatment of the application.
We regret the confusion and confirm the application will be posted as filed.
