Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 6 March 2023, the Commission received an application from Télébec, Société en commandite, proposing changes to its General Tariff – Call management services, Items 3.3.18.3 and 3.3.18.4 to modify certain rates for its residential services.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
