On 12 December 2022, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc. proposing changes to its General Tariff CRTC 3001 - Item 1735 - Terrestrial Internet Services.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
