Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 3 February 2023, the Commission received an application from Télébec, Limited Partnership (Télébec) proposing changes to its General Tariff Item 2.1.7.1 – Business Service Individual Line and Multi-Party Access Line, Item 2.1.7.2 – Key Systems Access Line and Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Access Line, and Item 4.1.4.1 – Multi-Element Service Charges.

Commission staff is analyzing the application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
