On 12 December 2022, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada proposing changes to its Access Services Tariff, CRTC 7516, Item 151 – Disaggregated Broadband Service (DBS).

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a decision by the end of March 2023.
