Subject: Rogers Communications Canada Inc. Tariff Notice 76: Access Services Tariff –– Interconnection with Interexchange Service Providers in Coldwater (Ontario)
On 24 January 2023, the Commission received an application from Rogers Communications Canada Inc. (RCCI), under Tariff Notice 76 in which the company proposed revisions to its Access Services Tariff (CRTC 21530) to reflect the company’s intention to expand its competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) operations in Coldwater, Ontario, within the operating territory of Persona Communications Inc.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
