Dear Andrew Kaplan-Myrth:
Based on the information the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has received, as of 01 February 2023, TekSavvy Solutions Inc. has not met the requirements, as set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496, within the 12 months of the registration as Proposed FMVNO, to remain on the list.
Accordingly, TekSavvy Solutions Inc. has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed Full MVNO registration list on 01 February 2023. Should TekSavvy Solutions Inc. wish to continue to appear on this registration list, it must reapply and meet the requirements established in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496.
