The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission acknowledges receipt of CIK Telecom’s letter, dated 10 January 2023, where it reported that parties reached an agreement providing CIK Telecom with access to BCS 2884 for the purpose of providing telecommunications services to the occupants of the Multiple Dwelling Units. CIK’s Letter is requesting the withdrawal of their application and closure of the public process.
Commission staff confirms that this application, file number 8622-C143-202209113, is now closed.
