Subject: Telecommunications in the Far North, Phase II, Telecom Notice of Consultation 2022-147, Corrections to 22 November 2022 RFI response submitted by SpaceX
On 22 November 2022, Commission staff issued requests for information (RFI) to three companies, including SpaceX, with a deadline to submit responses of 12 December 2022. SpaceX submitted a response to this RFI on 22 December 2022.
Subsequently, on 10 January 2023, SpaceX notified the Commission of errors in its response and submitted a revised version. Specifically, SpaceX indicated: “This version of the response replaces a previously filed version and contains corrected information in the pricing chart.”
This letter is to advise parties of the revised response that was filed by SpaceX. In light of the errors in SpaceX’s previous response, Commission staff have removed SpaceX’s filing of 22 December 2022 from the public record of the proceeding. Parties should consider only the revised response submitted on 10 January 2023, which is available here, under “Responses to request for information.”
A copy of this letter will be placed on the public record of this proceeding.
