Subject: Staff Letter - Telecom - Associated with Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7660 – Introduction of Network Extension Service, Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7661 – Introduction of Internet Protocol Collection Service

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 15 December 2022, the Commission received applications from Bell Canada proposing to introduce General Tariff CRTC 6716 – Item 4624 – Network Extension Service and Item 4625 – Internet Protocol (IP) Collection Service.

Commission staff is analyzing these applications.

Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
