On 21 October 2022, the Commission received an application from Télébec, Limited Partnership (Télébec) proposing changes to its General Tariff CRTC 25140, Item 2.1.8 – Basic Services Provided Outside the Company’s Serving Area.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
