Re: Part 1 Application to amend the conditions of service relating to the calculation of Canadian programming expenditures and programs of national interest (2023-0391-5)

On 1 August 2023, CBC/Radio-Canada submitted a procedural request to obtain an extension to file its replies to intervening parties for the above-noted Part 1 Application. CBC/Radio-Canada’s reply is currently required by no later than 10 August 2023.
CBC/Radio-Canada argued that an extension would allow it to translate its replies and therefore enable all parties to the proceeding to receive the documents in both official languages at the same time.
In light of the above, CBC/Radio-Canada will have until 15 August 2023 to file its replies, in both-official languages, to the Commission and to intervening parties.
