The Commission is in receipt of the above-noted applications to renew the broadcasting licences for the English-language, commercial radio stations, CHBN FM Edmonton, Alberta, and CIKZ-FM Kitchener, Ontario.
On 1 February 2023, the applicant requested that the reply period ending on 1 February 2023, be extended until 3 February 2023.
Commission staff has reviewed the extension request and will extend the reply period as requested. The new deadline will be as follows:
