CIWW Ottawa – Revocation of licence

1. Rogers Media Inc. has requested the revocation, effective 27 October 2023, of the broadcasting licence for its English-language commercial radio programming undertaking CIWW Ottawa, Ontario, which was last renewed in Various commercial radio stations – Licence renewals, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2020-164, 25 May 2020.
2. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(f) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Rogers Media Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
