Guidelines for all licensees of broadcasting undertakings serving the Northwest Territories – Territorial election

1. A territorial election in the Northwest Territories will occur on 14 November 2023.
2. Any question pertaining to applicable territorial legislation should be referred to the Chief Electoral Officer of the Northwest Territories:

3. Licensees of all radio and television stations, discretionary services and broadcasting distribution undertakings serving any part of the Northwest Territories should familiarize themselves with the Commission’s updated Guidelines for TV and radio broadcasters and TV service providers during an election.
4. Extra copies of the guide are available from the Commission upon request.
