Dear Jagdev Nijjar:
Based on the information the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has received, as of 23 November 2022, All Zones Telecom Inc. (Aztellwireless) has not met the requirements, as set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496, within the 12 months of the registration as Proposed FMVNO, to remain on the list.
Accordingly, Aztellwireless has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed Full MVNO registration list on 30 November 2022. Should Aztellwireless wish to continue to appear on this registration list, it must reapply and meet the requirements established in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496.
