Subject: Telecommunications in the Far North, Phase II, Telecom Notice of Consultation 2022-147, Omission from the distribution list of the 22 November 2022 request for information

On 22 November 2022, a request for information (RFI) was issued in the context of the Telecommunications in the Far North, Phase II, NoC 2022-147 proceeding. The letter set out questions for the following companies:

This letter is to advise that an intended recipient, SpaceX, was inadvertently omitted from the initial distribution list of the 22 November letter.

The letter issued on 22 November indicated that responses to questions are due by
12 December 2022. The letter further indicated that, if recipients anticipated being unable to respond by that deadline, that they advise by 5 December 2022.  

Given the nature of the information that has been asked of SpaceX, Commission staff considers that no changes to the deadlines outlined in the 22 November letter are required at this time.

Accordingly, SpaceX is requested to respond to the questions set out in the original letter by 12 December 2022. If you anticipate being unable to respond by that deadline, please advise us by 5 December 2022.

A copy of this letter will be placed on the public record of this proceeding.
