On 6 October 2022, the Commission received an application from TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS), under Tariff Notice 649 in which the company proposed revision to its General Tariff (CRTC 25080), Section 2.20, TELUS SmartTouch Services.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
