RE: Bell Canada Tariff Notices 7647, 7649, and 7650 – Withdrawal of Standby Circuits, Internet Voice Access Service, and Network Portability Access Service

On 13 July 2022 and 14 July 2022, the Commission received applications from Bell Canada proposing changes to its

  1. Access Services Tariff CRTC 7516 – Item 20 - Definitions, Item 60 – Standby Circuits, and Item 140 – Internet Voice Access Service; and
  2. General Tariff CRTC 6716 – Item 24 - Resale and Sharing and Item 1985 – Network Portability Access Service.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of these applications. Consequently, these applications will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial applications.
