Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 13 July 2022, the Commission received an application from Bell Aliant proposing changes to its General Tariff CRTC 21491 – Item 100 - Definitions, Item 608 – Access Services Tariff for Interconnection with Inter-exchange Carriers and Item 618 - Resale and Sharing.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
