Dear Imran Khan:
On 12 July 2022, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), under Tariff Notice 1157 in which the company proposed changes to Northwestel's General Tariff CRTC 3001 to introduce new Item 309 - Fibre Construction for Enterprise Services.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
