Subject: Persona Communications Inc. – Withdrawal of Tariff Notice 8
Dear Brittany Larson:
On 18 July 2022, the Commission received an application from Bragg Communications Inc., carrying on business as Eastlink, under Tariff Notice (TN) 8 proposing, among other things, to amalgamate Amtelecom Limited Partnership General Tariff CRTC 25310 and People’s Tel Limited Partnership General Tariff CRTC 25540 into Persona Communications Inc. General Tariff 21280.
By letter, dated 23 August 2022, Eastlink proposed to withdraw TN 8 in its entirety since it had discovered certain errors.
The Commission had not approved the requested changes on an interim or final basis.
Accordingly, Eastlink’s request to withdraw TN 8 is appropriate and TN 8 is considered to be withdrawn.
