Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 13 July 2022 and 14 July 2022, the Commission received applications from Bell Canada proposing changes to its
- Access Services Tariff CRTC 7516 – Item 20 - Definitions, Item 60 – Standby Circuits, and Item 140 – Internet Voice Access Service; and
- General Tariff CRTC 6716 – Item 24 - Resale and Sharing and Item 1985 – Network Portability Access Service.
Commission staff is analyzing these applications.
Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
