Subject: Bell MTS Tariff Notice 847 – Withdrawal of Standby Circuits

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 13 July 2022, the Commission received an application from Bell MTS proposing changes to its Access Services Tariff CRTC 24006 – Item 60 Standby Circuits.

Commission staff is analyzing the application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
