Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 13 July 2022, the Commission received an application from Bell Aliant proposing changes to its General Tariff CRTC 21491 – Item 100 - Definitions, Item 608 – Access Services Tariff for Interconnection with Inter-exchange Carriers and Item 618 - Resale and Sharing.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
