Subject: Bell Canada Tariff Notice (TN) 973 – SIP Trunking Service – Housekeeping Changes

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 29 June 2022, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada proposing changes to its National Service Tariff CRTC 7400 – Item 516 – SIP Trunking Service to 1) introduce new optional features for SIP Trunking Service customers; 2) amend the existing minimum rates in the existing rate ranges for SIP Trunking Service; and 3) clarify tariff provisions for Concurrent Calls on Standard Trunk Group and Concurrent Calls on Universal Trunk Group with respect to local calling.

Commission staff is analyzing the application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
