RE: Bell MTS Tariff Notice 846 – New Business Service Individual Semi-Public Line Rate Ranges in Manitoba

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 17 June 2022, the Commission received an application from Bell MTS proposing changes to its General Tariff (GT) Item 475 – Rate Schedule for Primary Exchange Service, non-contracted Business Service - Individual Semi-Public Line.

Commission staff is analyzing the application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
