Subject: Telecom Notice of Consultation 2020-366, as modified by Telecom Notice of Consultation 2020-366-1 – Further process
On 30 October 2020, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) published Telecom Notice of Consultation 2020-366 (the notice), Call for comments regarding potential regulatory measures to make access to poles owned by Canadian carriers more efficient. The deadline for interventions was modified by Telecom Notice of Consultation 2020-366-1 (TNC 2020-366-1).
On 14 December 2021, the Commission provided parties with process deadlines, including responses to requests for information, and requests for disclosure of confidential information. The Commission also noted that further process would be announced via procedural letters and/or updates to the notice at future dates.
Accordingly, this letter is to advise parties of further process and deadlines:
- Parties are to file final submissions by 6 June 2022
- Parties are to file final replies by 20 June 2022
The record of this proceeding will be closed with the filing of final replies.
