Dear Aladin Pierre Gaston:
Based on the information the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has received, as of 23 April 2022, Flexexportation Inc. (Flex Group) has not met the requirements, as set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496, within the 12 months of the registration as Proposed FMVNO, to remain on the list.
Accordingly, Flex Group has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed Full MVNO registration list on 25 April 2022. Should Flex Group wish to continue to appear on this registration list, it must reapply and meet the requirements established in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496.
