Dear Luke Mackay:
Based on the information the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has received, as of 25 March 2022, Fabricate Inc. (Wundle Mobile) has not met the requirements, as set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496, within the 12 months of the registration as Proposed FMVNO, to remain on the list.
Accordingly, Wundle Mobile has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed Full MVNO registration list on 25 March 2022. Should Wundle Mobile wish to continue to appear on this registration list, it must reapply and meet the requirements established in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496.
