Subject: Bell Canada Tariff Notice (TN) 969 – Introduction of Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) Service; Rate range on the retail rate
Philippe Gauvin:
On 18 November 2021, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada under Tariff Notice (TN) 969, proposing revisions to the company’s National Services Tariff, Item 601 – NG9-1-1 Service in order to introduce a rate range for NG9-1-1 Service for retail wireline subscribers of the company.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of these applications. Consequently, these applications will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial applications.
