Jean-Yves Roux,
In a letter dated 17 November 2022, you requested the Commission’s permission to file additional information to the public record of your application after the 17 November 2022 deadline for reply submissions. Following your request, on 21 November 2022, you filed appendices R5, R6, R7 and R8 to be attached to your reply.
In addition, in your reply dated 17 November 2022, you filed a petition of approximately 6,000 signatures, the details of which are contained in appendices R3 and R4 of your reply. Because this information was filed after the intervention period, you submitted a second request dated 30 November 2022, so that it could be considered by the Commission.
The Commission studied these two procedural requests and finds that the submissions filed outside the prescribed deadlines is without prejudice to the other parties and would serve the public interest. Accordingly, the Commission approves adding additional documents to the public record. Appendices R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 will therefore be taken into consideration during the Commission’s deliberations.
Please note that this letter, along with all documents referred to herein, will be put on the public record of the above-mentioned application.
