- Blue Ant Media Inc., on behalf of Blue Ant Television General Partnership,Footnote 1 has requested the revocation, effective 15 January 2023 at 12:00 a.m., of the broadcasting licence for the English-language discretionary service A.Side, originally granted in, AUX TV – Category 2 specialty service, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2009-121, 6 March 2009.
- Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Blue Ant Media Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
