Various independent discretionary services operating under a group-based approach – Administrative renewals

  1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the independent discretionary services operating under a group-based approach set out in the appendix to this decision from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2024, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licences.
  2. This decision does not dispose of any issues that may arise with respect to the renewal of these licences, including any non-compliance issues.
