RE: Iristel’s request for clarification in relation to Telecom Decision 2021-397
Dear Jean-François:
On 17 December 2021, Iristel filed a letter with the Commission requesting the Commission’s assistance to ensure Iristel is complying with Telecom Decision 2021-397. Rogers’ response and Iristel’s reply to Rogers were filed with the Commission on 21 December 2021.
Commission staff considers Iristel’s request for clarification as a request for a Commission determination. This type of application will be appropriately processed as a Part 1 Application. Accordingly, Iristel’s request will be considered as a new Part 1 Application and posted on the CRTC website, pursuant to the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure.
In addition, all the relevant documentation filed with the Commission in relation to this proceeding will be placed under the same Part 1 Application and become part of the record of this proceeding.
