On 27 August 2021, the Commission received applications from Telus Communications Inc. (TELUS) under the following Tariff Notices (TNs), proposing to update these tariffs pursuant to Access to in-building wire in multi-dwelling units, Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2021-239, 27 July 2021:

  1. Under TN 677, revisions to TELUS Carrier Access Services Tariff CRTC 18008, Item 215 - Local Network Interconnection and Component Unbundling;
  2. Under TN 4406, revisions to TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc.’s Carrier Access Tariff CRTC 1017, Item 105 – Local Network Interconnection and Component Unbundling, and;
  3. Under TN 641, revisions to TELUS (Québec)’s Access Services Tariff CRTC 25082 - Section 1.05, Local Network Interconnection and Component Unbundling.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.

Consequently, these applications will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial applications.
