The Commission is in receipt of Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7632 dated 16 June 2021,  in which, Bell Canada proposed changes to its Access Services Tariff CRTC 7516, Item 151 to add a list of central offices where Disaggregated Broadband Service (DBS)  is now in service, including the in-service date.

On 19 July 2021, the Commission received an intervention from Tekksavvy Solutions Inc. (Tekksavvy). Bell Canada provided its reply on 29 July 2021.

In order to assist the Commission in its analysis, Bell Canada and Tekksavvy are to respond to the requests for information attached to this letter.

The following process is established for filing responses to the attached requests for information:

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.

Please contact Marc Pilon (marc.pilon@crtc.gc.ca) or Tom Vilmansen (Tom.Vilmansen@crtc.gc.ca) should you have any questions in regards to this letter and requests for information.
