RE: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 966, Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7633, Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 550, Bell MTS Tariff Notice 836, Télébec Tariff Notice 520 – Resale and Sharing

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 16 July 2021 the Commission received an application from Bell Canada under TN 966, proposing revisions to the company’s National Services Tariff CRTC 7400, in order to introduce new Item 20 – Resale of Tariffed Services of Other Entities Under Common Control.  Coincident with this TN, Bell Canada also filed the following tariff notices under separate cover:

  1. Bell Canada TN 7633 to remove CRTC 6716 – Item 20 – Resale of Tariffed Services in the Territories of Other Companies Under Common Control and modify Item 24 – Resale and Sharing;
  2. Bell Aliant, a division of Bell Canada, TN 550 to amend CRTC 21491 – Item 618.1(f);
  3. Bell MTS, a division of Bell Canada, TN 836 to amend CRTC 24001 – Item 250.K and;
  4. Télébec, société en commandite TN 520 to amend CRTC 25140 section 7, chapitre 7.1 article 7.1.1(c).

Commission staff is analyzing these applications.

Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
