RE: SSi Micro Ltd. – Access Services Tariff, Tariff Notice 3, Expansion into Québec
Dear Mr. Proctor:
On 16 June 2021, the Commission received an application from SSi Micro Ltd.(SSi), also carrying on business as SSi Canada, proposing updates to its Access Services Tariff CRTC 15060 in order to reflect changes related to its expansion into regions of the Province of Québec served by Télébec and Bell Canada.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
