RE: Northwestel Inc. Tariff Notice 1127 – Terrestrial Enterprise Internet Services
Dear Mr. Thompson:
On 18 June 2021, the Commission received an application from Northwestel proposing changes to its General Tariff CRTC 3001 – Item 1736 – Terrestrial Enterprise Internet Services to introduce a new 20 megabits per second speed tier option for Type A communities to its Optimized Internet Service, CRTC 1736.i.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
