RE:  Northwestel - Tariff Notice 1121 – General Tariff, Try-it-and-Save Promotion

Dear Mr. Gauvin:

On 13 April 2021, the Commission received an application from Northwestel, under Tariff Notice 1121, in which the company is proposing to revise General CRTC 3001 Item 1734 – Try-it-and-Save Promotion, in order to enhance and extend the promotion by one year.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
